BW Offshore risks major loss due to unpaid hire

A customer has yet to pay BW Offshore for an FPSO charter contract. The company risks losing USD 23 million in operations if the customer does not pay during the remaining contractual period.

BW Offshore is at risk of losing millions due to a non-paying customer.

The company, under BW Group, informs that the customer, Tamarind Resources, has not paid the hire due for floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel Umuora.
