Norwegian to create turnaround in Danish offshore company

Christian W. Berg, former chief executive of Viking Supply Ships, has been tasked with turning a deficit into a profit at Danish offshore shipping company Wilson Offshore, known as A1 Offshore until recently. "I'm optimistic," he says to ShippingWatch.

A Norwegian with lots of experience from the offshore industry is in charge of helping shipping company Wilson Offshore create a turnaround.

The shipping company, which until very recently was named A1 Offshore, announced Monday that it was changing its name and its setup.
