23 percent of Prosafe's fleet was employed in the fourth quarter

Fleet utilization took a big dive for Prosafe in the fourth quarter compared to the year before, shows a fleet update in which the company also informs that it has sold a vessel as scrap.

Prosafe, which leases hotel rigs to the oil sector, saw a large part of its fleet lying idle in the last months of 2019.

Just 23 percent of the company's fleet was employed in the fourth quarter, a significant setback compared to the same period last year, where 63 percent of the fleet was employed.
