A year after the previous CEO of John Fredriksen's well company Archer resigned, the firm finds his replacement. Archer also has its debt extended.

John Fredriksen-controlled well company Archer has appointed its new chief executive.

Former Archer Chief Financial Officer Dag Skindlo has been promoted to CEO, thereby replacing John Lechner, who resigned from the post one year ago.
