Struggling Solstad Offshore closer to rescue plan

Offshore ship operator Solstad Offshore is close to settling a restructuring plan with its creditors. The plan means that, among other things, debt totaling NOK 10 billion will be converted into share capital, and that a large part of the fleet will be sold off or scrapped.
