
Trade union Lederne has escalated the oil strike on the Norwegian shelf Sunday at midnight CET. As such, a controlled shutdown is performed at the four oil fields Gudrun, Gina Krog, Kvitebjørn and Valemon, Equinor states Monday morning.
"Production at the Johan Sverdrup platform continues for the present. 43 members of Lederne have been on strike there since Wednesday morning," the company writes in the statement.
