Maersk drilling bags contract

Maersk Drilling's jack-up rig Maersk Integrator is seeing activity after the drilling firm secured a contract for USD 14.3 million.

Maersk Drilling bags a contract of USD 14.3 million for its jack-up rig Maersk Integrator, the company states Monday morning CET.

The contract was signed with OMV (Norge) AS and is expected to commence in the middle of next year with a duration of 52 days.

3i buys AMP out of Esvagt

Private equity firm 3i, which owns half of carrier Esvagt, has agreed with the company's second owner, AMP Capital, to take over all of Esvagt for GBP 268 million, making 3i the sole owner. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
