Bourbon Offshore's comprehensive restructuring deal, which finally reached the necessary support by all its creditors in December last year, marks the go ahead for a number of noticeable changes in the set-up of the company, one of the world's largest offshore entities.

In an interview with ShippingWatch, CEO Gaël Bodénès explains how the deal was made possible with a very diverse group of banks and what it entails for operations going forward in a market he calls "uncertain".
