Eneti launches USD 200 million share offering to fund newbuild

Offshore carrier Eneti has announced an offering of new stock totaling USD 200 million to help fund construction.

The stocks, issued on the New York Stock Exchange, will finance a wind turbine installation vessel (WITV) used for the installation of wind turbines.
