Prosafe's restructuring approved in Norway

Strained hotel rig provider Prosafe receives approval of its restructuring plan in Norway, with backing from all creditors. The restructuring is scheduled for late January. Updated.

Prosafe is now one step closer to a financial restructuring following approval in Norway.

The company's restructuring plan has received full backing, representing 100 percent of the creditors, writes Prosafe in a stock exchange announcement.
