Oil fluctuates as traders weigh threats to Russian energy flows

Crude oil has been in flux as the US and EU seemed to make moves towards reducing the region’s reliance on Russian fossil fuels. However, ”it is looking unlikely that we see an EU ban” on oil, says head of commodities strategy.
