As Maersk gives up decommissioning market, others double down

The closure of Maersk Decom is the latest example of companies dropping the market for decommissioning end-of-life oil platforms. Other players are banking on the field, however.

Across the Atlantic, companies are eying the market for dismantling end-of-life drilling platforms with considerably more optimism than they are in Europe right now.
