Borr Drilling seeks capital in the US

Tor Olav Trøim’s Borr Drilling searches for capital in the US and plans to issue shares on the New York Stock Exchange, a company statement reveals.

Borr Drilling is issuing shares worth USD 250m in total on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Underwriters will be granted an option to purchase up to 6,944,444 additional shares amounting to about USD 25m, the company announces in a release.

The company also informs that the offering is limited to NYSE and that no securities will be listed or offered on the Oslo Stock Exchange, where Borr Drilling is also listed.
