Japanese offshore carriers launch vessel management collaboration

In a joint venture, K Line Wind Service and Penta-Ocean Construction will operate vessels that will handle installation and maintenance of offshore wind farms.

Japanese offshore carrier K Line Wind Service (KWS) and Penta-Ocean Construction Co. have agreed to partner up on future operation of offshore vessels in connection with installation and maintenance of offshore wind farms in Japan, according to a press release.
