Maersk Drilling moves 2,300 workers to Noble Corp. – future for 300 uncertain

The merger of Maersk Drilling, as of today delisted from Nasdaq Copenhagen, and Noble Corp is settled. 2,300 staff from the former and transferred to the newly formed entity, entailing an uncertain future for 300 workers in Denmark. Updated.
