Dof files for reconstruction after failing to land rescue plan

The crisis-stricken offshore operator has asked Norwegian courts to commence a reconstruction process after having failed to land the proposed restructuring plan.

Norwegian offshore operator Dof’s way out of heavy debt will have to go through the Norwegian court system, with the company petitioning the court for reconstruction proceedings to begin.
