Russian oil exports at post-invasion high
India and China have ramped up Russian oil imports, propelling April’s levels to the highest since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February last year.
Russia seems to have but minor problems in finding willing buyers for its crude oil and other refined oil products despite Western ban.
