Major investor pleased with merger between Cadeler and Eneti

J. Lauritzen, a shareholder of both Cadeler and Eneti, is pleased with the merger of the two offshore wind service operators, says the investment firm’s CEO, Kristian Mørch, after the two publicly listed carriers have proposed a merger to shareholders on Friday.
