Major tax case against Maersk set to be decided this week

The Danish group and the French oil company may receive an extra tax bill of more than DKK 2bn when the decision is made on Wednesday.

Maersk is at the center of a long-running dispute with the Danish tax authorities, Skat, who claim that the Danish group has been getting away cheaply in taxes for several years.
