Ørsted halts two major offshore wind projects in the US

The Ocean Wind 1 and 2 projects are slowed down, while another major project continues. At the same time, Ørsted again books major impairments.

Ørsted is not proceeding with the Ocean Wind 1 and 2 projects in the US and has written down a total of DKK 28.4bn (USD 4bn) for the first nine months of 2023, the company announced in its interim report for the first nine months of the year.
