Carriers frustrated by slow pace of Norway's big bet on offshore wind

Norway’s government wants to make the country a leader in wind power. But the industry says that progress has been slow so far.

By 2040, Norway wants to be a leading nation in offshore wind, but so far the pace is far from matching the ambition, say several of the carriers which will be involved in setting up the turbines.
