BW Energy's board opposes takeover bid from major shareholder

An acquisition offer from majority shareholder BW Group has been rejected by several board members, who recommend that shareholders do the same. The price is too low, they say.

Several board members of oil and gas company BW Energy have opposed the unconditional mandatory cash offer presented by majority shareholder BW Group a few days ago.
