
Rosneft, the state-owned Russian oil company, allegedly secured two contracts before the EU and the US' new sanctions came into force, according to Norwegian newspaper Dagens Næringsliv.
The newspaper reports that Rosneft has signed a contract with oil service company Weatherford International, which means that Rosneft will acquire ownership stakes in oil field service businesses in Russia and Venezuala from Weatherford.
