
The plunge in the oil price is now so apparent in the Norwegian economy that the government has yet again summoned the head of the central bank and a number of economists to an emergency meeting to discuss the situation, reports Danish business daily Børsen.
Norway is characterized by being one of the world' most solid economies, but now the country is so hard hit that action is necessary, Børsen quotes the Prime Minister of Norway, Erna Solberg, as saying.
