Good news for Subsea 7 in the otherwise hard-hit offshore market. The Luxembourg-based installation company has secured a new contract from Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Limited for the development of the major Beatrice wind farm in the North Sea off the coast of Scotland.

Subsea 7 and Seaway Heavy Lifting will handle the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation, informs Subsea 7 in a statement on Monday. The statement also notes that the company owns 50 percent of the shares in Seaway Heavy Lifting.
