Maersk Drilling vessel to be returned early

Maersk Drilling will get its drilling vessel Maersk Valiant back one year early. Originally the contract was set to last until September 2017.

Maersk Drilling will get the drilling vessel Maersk Valiant back one year early from customers Conocophillips and Marathon Oil.

The two companies had a contract on Valiant for drilling work until September 2017, but the deal, which has been in place since June 2014, will now be cut short by a year.
