Caspian Sea gives Topaz solid operating profit

Dubai-based offshore carrier Topaz Energy & Marine maintained steady profits in the year's second quarter, a development in particular attributed to the carrier's activities in the Caspian Sea.

Offshore carrier Topaz Energy & Marine, headquartered in Dubai, seems to have positioned itself in the exact right spot for making money – or at least dodge the worst consequences – in the close-to-completely depressed service sector to the oil and gas industry, namely in the Caspian Sea and Azerbaijan.
