OPEC divisions send the oil price down

After a ten hour meeting Monday, the OPEC member states have not yet reached agreement on a deal to lower their oil production.

Members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC, have still not managed to reach agreement before the attempt to reach an oil cap deal Wednesday.
