Viking Supply Ships: Restructuring is completed

The offshore carrier has entered an agreement with bondholders to postponement the settlement of accounts by 16 days, but all agreements are in place with only "technicalities" left behind regarding the share issue, the carrier tells ShippingWatch.

The restructuring of the economically challenged Danish-Swedish offshore carrier Viking Supply Ships is nearly in place, reveals Morten Grumheden Aggvin, IR and treasury director for Viking Supply Ships, to ShippingWatch following an announcement from the company that is has agreed on a short postponement for the settlement of accounts with bondholders.
