Norwegian investor pleased with criticism of Axis Offshore

The Norwegian capital fund manager Alfred Berg is pleased that the Oslo Stock Exchange has criticized Axis Offshore for forcing a bailout together with its owners Lauritzen Fonden and Hitec Vision.

Norwegian capital fund manager Alfred Berg felt poorly treated when Axis Offshore sold bonds to its owners, Lauritzen Fonden and Hitec Vision, in order to implement a controversial bailout.

Following the transaction this summer the company lodged a formal complaint with the Oslo Stock Exchange. A complaint which has now led the stock exchange to criticize Axis Offshore for discriminating against its investors.
