OPEC members fulfilled 91 pct of the deal in February

The OPEC member states fulfilled a little over nine tenths of their joint output reduction deal in February, notes the International Energy Agency in its monthly report.

91 percent of the output reduction deal, agreed upon by OPEC in December 2016, as the member states increased their production by 170,000 barrels per day to 32.01 million barrels per day in February.
