Bourbon Offshore stacks another 26 vessels

The French offshore carrier saw its revenue slide in the first quarter, and the carrier pulled another 26 vessels from the market despite an otherwise fairly stable oil price.

A higher and somewhat stabilized oil price in the first three months of the year is not yet reflected in the activity for the carriers servicing the oil companies, notes France's Bourbon Offshore after a quarter in which revenue as well as utilization decreased, according to the interim report published Thursday.
