Total CEO: We will build further on Maersk's strengths

Activities at Total in the Nordic region will be gathered in Denmark. This will have consequences including the closing of a Total office in Norway.

French Total is willing to pay USD 7.45 billion for Maersk Oil, suggesting in itself that the deal concerns more than drilling platforms and oil concessions included in the transaction.
