Media: Layoffs after merger incite anger at Farstad

Executive management at the new offshore carrier Solstad Farstad has announced more layoffs and combining of offices. The Farstad family is not pleased, reports Sysla.

The new Solstad Farstad, which is the result of a merger between the Norwegian offshore carriers Solstad, Farstad, and Deep Sea Supply, is slowing beginning to take shape. The carrier is now the world's fourth-largest supply carrier, and not everyone behind the company is entirely pleased with the development.
