Media: Norway's government will pass oil tariff on to taxpayers

The Norwegian Oil and Energy Ministry plans to send part of the bill on to the public when oil companies start to extract oil in the far northern regions such as the Barents Sea, reports Dagens Næringsliv, citing Reuters.
