Rescue plan reduces family's ownership in Kleven

After settling a restructuring of major shipbuilding group Kleven, the owner family controls less than 20 percent of the group, reports

Bergen-based yard Kleven has gone through a refinancing that leaves family-controlled company John Kleven AS with a 16.6 percent stake in the group, reports Norwegian media

This company also owns the majority of a three-percent stake, but this is all the family is left with after the restructuring, reports the media, which has gained access to a list of the new investors.
