Oil investors take a breather after large price hike

After a 20 percent rise in the oil price in the third quarter, the market seems to have calmed down. North Sea oil is down Monday.

Prices in the oil market decreased slightly Monday morning CET, while gold prices take a dive as global interest rates increase.

The oil market is down marginally in early Asian trade, while investors take a breather after prices surged 20 percent in the third quarter.
