Maersk rumored to be interested in Brazilian port

APM Terminals is showing interest in making acquisitions in Brazilian ports, reports Journal of Commerce.

Maersk-owned APM Terminals is reportedly keen on making acquisitions in Brazil.

According to Journal of Commerce (JOC), five Brazilian ports are for sale or are looking to raise new capital. The five ports are presently independently owned by global port chains and are either to be sold or be upgraded in to stay competitive.
