Port of Gothenburg begins large-scale expansion
The Port of Gothenburg will get a new large terminal with an area of 220,000 square meters. The work is now underway, and the terminal is expected ready in 2025.
It has mostly been a matter of setbacks and slowing growth in the Port of Gothenburg in recent years due to the major labor conflict, which has been costly to the port as well as to the major container terminal operated by APM Terminals.
