The Port of Gothenburg handles more containers

The Port of Gothenburg handled slightly more containers in the first nine months of the year, compared to the same period the year before. This development came despite challenging market conditions in several segments, writes the port.

A total of 582,000 teu containers passed through the Port of Gothenburg in the first nine months of the year. This was 4 percent more than in the same period from January to September last year, when the number came to 561,000 teu.
