HMM sells stake in former Hanjin terminal to CMA CGM

South Korean container line HMM sells a large stake of its terminal in Spain to CMA CGM. The terminal was once owned by Hanjin.

Container line HMM sells a stake of the ownership in its terminal in Algeciras in southern Spain, which was previously owned by Hanjin Shipping.

The buyer is CMA CGM, which, according to a press release, will take over HMM's stake of "50 percent stake minus one share" in the Spanish terminal, named TTI Algeciras.
