Port of Rotterdam volumes affected by less Russia-destined boxes

Q1 offered less activity in the Port of Rotterdam while geopolitical uncertainty casts shadows over the remaining part of the year, says CEO.

While dry cargo and tanker volumes increased slightly in Europe’s largest port, a drop in container throughput was enough to drag down the Port of Rotterdam’s overall volumes in the first quarter.
