Canadian minister: Agreement in port dispute is within reach

A strike among thousands of workers at several of Canada’s key ports may be coming to an end after a week and a half of conflict.

The parties in a dispute over wages for employees at major Canadian ports are reaching an agreement with the help of mediators, informs the Canadian Minister of Industry, Seamus O’Regan, in a message shared on Twitter.
