Rotterdam will pay ships to refuel with green fuel

Though biofuel blends are exempt from the new scheme that aims to help shipping companies with the green transition.

With a new initiative, Europe’s largest port, Rotterdam, will offer discounts to ships that refuel with green fuel at the port.
