Report: Offshore wind ambitions require big expansion of German ports

A rapid expansion of storage for wind components in German ports is urgently needed to prevent the green transition from failing, a report warns.

Germany’s major investment in the expansion of offshore wind power as part of the country’s green transition is only possible if key German ports quickly invest in significantly more space for the expansion and servicing of wind power.
