Germany's biggest port poised to lose out once Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk join forces
The Port of Hamburg, Germany’s largest and Europe’s third largest cargo port by volume, is set to lose out when two of container shipping’s largest shipping companies, Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk, enter into a new partnership next year, expects Hapag-Lloyd chief executive Rolf Habben Jansen.
