Rotterdam terminal equips entire quay with shore power

The initial berths in Rotterdam’s World Gateway terminal are expected to be equipped with shore power from 2026 onwards.

The Port of Rotterdam’s large World Gateway (RWG) container terminal will equip its entire quay with shore power for all ships, according to a statement from the port.
