Red Sea crisis puts mounting pressure on West European ports

Ports in the Western Mediterranean are completely full as many ships are now sailing south of Africa due to the Houthi attacks, resulting in new port call patterns.

Traffic has increased in the Mediterranean’s western container ports as a result of the Red Sea crisis, resulting in overcrowded warehouses and waiting times for ships to load, writes the Financial Times
