Maersk Line CEO handed top post in Virginia Port

Maersk Line’s American CEO John Reinhardt, who recently announced his departure from Maersk, will now take charge of the port authority in Virginia Port.

The board of the US Port of Virginia has named John Reinhardt the new CEO of the port authority, the port writes on its official blog.

“After months of exhaustive searching, I am supremely confident that we have found an experienced, inspirational leader who is well-equipped to guide The Port of Virginia to its best days,” says Board Chairman Jeff Wassmer.
