APM Terminals in play for Greek port acquisition

APM Terminals is among the favorites to acquire a majority stake in Greek Piraeus Port Authority.

A.P. Moeller-Maersk's port division APM Terminal's is one of five companies in a narrowed field vying to acquire a majority stake in Praeus Port Authority, which the Greek authorities are in the midst of privatizing.

The companies are expected to make their bids by the end of this year, reports Marinelink.com, referring to the Greek privatization agency HRADF.
